NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO BYLAWS

WISCONSIN ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEYS

At the December 10, 2022, Semi-Annual meeting of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, a vote will be taken on the following proposed amendment to the Bylaws:

Article V, Section 1. Number of Members

Proposal to increase from 25 to 26

Specifically, this increase would result from an additional amendment to:

Article V, Section 1 (b), in relation to at-large members

Proposal to increase from Five (5) at-large members to Six (6) at-large members
