About Practice:
A long time prosecutor, I now enjoy practicing criminal defense at the trial and appellate court levels. I was the lead attorney in more than a hundred jury trials on charges ranging from drunk driving to first degree intentional homicide. Prosecutors know I'm willing to take cases to trial, which is a major advantage in obtaining favorable plea agreements for my clients.
