Nils Wyosnick

I am a Madison native and a graduate of Edgewood College ('06) and The John Marshall Law School ('11). Following law school, I was hired as an an assistant state's attorney for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where I prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies. In mid-2015, I joined The Davis Law Group, P.C., where I practiced criminal and DUI defense throughout Illinois. In 2017, I relocated back to Madison and opened my own practice, focusing in criminal, OWI/DUI and traffic defense in Wisconsin and Illinois. In 2022, I joined Murphy Desmond, S.C. as part of the firm’s litigation team. I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Dane County Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association (IL) and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association (IL).
